NavonStack is an independent SaaS startup building developer-first products for engineering teams who operate APIs in production. Product-first, remote, and deliberately small.
APIGuard is the first product, now in developer preview. Right now it’s just me — a solo founder using AI to build and ship like a much larger team. AI is how I build fast; APIGuard’s detection itself stays deterministic — not a black box.
The bottleneck isn’t data.

The teams shipping fastest aren’t the ones with the most dashboards. They’re the ones with the clearest signal. We’re building toward that.
Most monitoring tooling today optimises for collection. More metrics. More logs. More traces. The implicit assumption is that more data equals more insight.
We think that assumption is broken. The real bottleneck isn’t data — it’s the ability to act on it with confidence. NavonStack builds products that close that gap.

Tooling should reduce cognitive load, not add to it. Every metric, alert, and dashboard earns its place or gets cut.
We build for the engineers running production systems — not for procurement, not for demos, not for buyers two layers removed from the problem.
Generic tools produce generic outcomes. We make decisions on your behalf so you spend time on the problem, not on configuration.
We build with AI and use it in our products where it genuinely helps — like explaining what an anomaly means. But the detection that pages you stays deterministic and explainable. Deliberate about value, skeptical of hype.
Our early users will shape the roadmap — more than investors ever will. We won’t ship features in isolation.
We’d rather do one thing exceptionally well than ten things adequately. APIGuard is our only product right now — and that’s intentional.
